Broughs Butchers is delighted to announce its new business venture partnership with Delifonseca, Liverpool's leading delicatessen. The new partnership provides a great opportunity for Broughs Butchers to bring top quality meats to Liverpool city centre.
This new food destination provides Liverpool's discerning food lovers with a new and exciting food buying experience.
Broughs Butchers will be working in partnership with Candice Fonseca (pictured to the left), owner of the award winning Delifonseca in the heart of Liverpool city centre, to create a unique food shopping experience, located between Liverpool Marina and the Brunswick Dock Business Centre.
Ian Clark has worked for Broughs Butchers since before he left school. Ian formerly became an Apprentice in 1992 and has worked continuously as a butcher since then. He started his career in Ainsdale shop, moved to the Birkdale shop in 1997, then joined Kew when the Dobbies store opened in 2008. Ian was then invited to return to Birkdale for a short time before taking up the post of Manager at Delifonseca Dockside in September 2010.
Ian really enjoys working at Dockside with the team there, since trading began he has developed the business and won many new customers. He is always willing to oblige, is very knowledgable about his products and can always suggest cooking tips and serving suggestions.
