Description

Prime British fillet steak, toped with Patchedwork brandy and herb pate. With wild mushrooms laid over. Wrapped in a puff pastry case, and then brushed in a Greek style marinade.

Cooking Advice

Oven bake at 30-35 minutes at 170 or gas mark 5.
