Description
These ribs are cut from the fore rib or hind rib of beef. They are also known as the 'Jacobs Ladder' when sold in sheet form. They are good on the barbeque but need to be pre -roasted for best results.
Cooking Advice
Best when casseroled or oven baked then flash roasted to brown. If they are to be cooked on the BBQ then pre-cook and flash off in the flames.
