3lb Boneless Turkey Breast grown in Berkshire UK dressed with Streaky Rashers
2 lb Slipper Gammon Joint
2 lb Boneless Pork Loin Joint
Cooking Advice
Slipper Gammon joint - Cooking is easy, place the joint in a pan and cover with water, bring the water to the boil. Strain the water from the pan and refill with fresh water, bring the water to simmer and leav it there for 90 mins. Honey Roast Gammon - Once cooked you can strain the water away drizzel in honey, coat in brown sugar and place into a hot pre heated oven for 10- 15 mins.
Boneless Pork Loin Joint - Ensure that the rind is well scored, rub salt into the rind, place into pre heated oven and cook at 220C (gas 6) for 10 mins then reduce heat to 190C (gas5) and continue to cook for 50 mins. Then turn up the heat again for the last 10 mins to achieve firm crackling!
