British lamb in a puff pastry case, individually created in the shop, they are very filling and reliably tasty. One is usually enough (unless serving butchers) they sit well with a platter of salad and look stunning on the plate.
Filled with fresh lamb along with a yellow marinade containing a mild curry powder and a hint of coconut. Deliciously mysterious.
This pack contains 4 bursting at the seams game parcels, enough for two people.
Cooking Advice
Oven bake for 40 minutes on 170 C or gas mark 4.
Serve with either a salad for a light meal or put with boiled potatoes and vegetables to create a unique meal for the family.
