Duck breast is supplied to us by Gressingham Poultry. Gressingham supply our ducks and geese at Christmas. Based in the south east we have found their British poultry to be of outsatnding quality, it is responsibly farmed and tastes great!Duck is always a favourite when we visit our local Chinese, but yet many of us never consider trying it at home. Why not enjoy some great tasting duck, baked from your very own kitchen, courtesy of Brough Butchers.
Cooking Advice
Duck is simple to cook like any other meat, so you can either pan fry for a quick turnaround, or oven bake until the duck is piping hot throughout.
