British Game in a puff pastry case, individually created in the shop, they are very filling and reliably tasty. One is usually enough (unless serving butchers) they sit well with a platter of salad and look stunning on the plate.Filled with fresh game products (venison, rabbit, pheasant, mallard and pork), along with mixed herbs and a delightful game pepper sauce, created freshly at Broughs. The game parcels are creatively wrapped in a freshly made herb pastry, which combined with the game and pepper sauce creates a fantastic flavour.
Cooking Advice
Too cook simply oven bake for 40 minutes on 170 C or gas mark 4.
Serve with either a salad for a light meal or put with boiled potatoes and vegetables to create a unique meal for the family.
