Description
The flavour of the Ham is exceptional, it is dry, tender and as good as may be cooked at home.
There are no clever treatments, practices, additives, artificial colour, gluten phosphates or preservatives - nothing is present other than the naturally occurring salt from the cure.
Our boiled ham has been popular since we first started to produce it over 30 years ago.
It is a Danish Cured product, cooked traditionally in a HAM kettle - at our Ainsdale shop.
Nothing is added or taken away - a refreshingly honest product.
