Oregano, thyme and garlic are present in this light red marinade with the distinct Greek gyros taste, Greek sun in an English kitchen!
Cooking Advice
To cook simply oven roast for 60 minutes on 140 C or gas mark 4. Serve with rice and chopped peppers.
We usually serve the meat in a 'black' oven-able tray, if so - then cooking for 30 minutes with the plastic cover in place and 30 minutes with it removed part steams the meat and delivers great results!
