Description
Lamb cutlets are sweet and tender, they are cut from the loin near to the shoulder and carry a little more fat than the loin chop. When grilled or baked the fat on the outside becomes very crispy - WOW!
One of the best BBQ finger meats - just grill lightly, wrap the bone in foil and serve.
