Our mince is fresh, has never been frozen and is traditionally produced using 'clean muscle meat'. It is traceable back to the farm it was raised on.
Minced beef has had some poor press recently, but the mince you buy from Broughs is a product you can trust.

Great quality mince that will guarantee your bolognese or cottage pie oozes taste and flavour. Due to the quality of this British mince the flavour will not be overwhelmed by the herbs and spices of these great dishes.
