Pheasant is a seasonal product, when we can get it fresh it is at its best, but at other times it is offered frozen.
Probably enough for two generous servings per bird.
Never intensively reared - but always prepared in an EEC approved cutting plant.
Cooking Advice
Roast and serve with green vegetables, mashed potato and gravy - perhaps with some haggis on the side.
