The steaks are rind-less,lean and tender - A pork chop without the bone. They can be grilled or oven baked on their own but lend themselves to be served with marinades, sauces and seasonings - they really enhance the eating experience.

One cooking option is simply to heat a large, non-stick frying pan. Cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes each side, until golden and cooked through or bake in the oven.
Add flavours and seasonings to taste - or serve with apple sauce
