We like responsibly farmed meat
Not all our pork is Free Range, from time to time we buy farmed pork that is grown in a semi - intensive way. This pork is reared observing British animal welfare legislation and to a very high standard.
The pork is selected from shoulder cuts, trimmed and diced, it is then passed through our mincing machine once. This ensures that the meat is chopped, but not emulsified.
