Description
The Chilli Stizaki
A loin pork steak is selected and trimmed, the steak is slashed and slices of mange tout are placed in the pockets. The stizaki is then skewered together and a Portugese style orange marinade with particles of aromatic mild red peppers, sweet tomatoes and hot peppers is brushed over the meat.
