Description
The Tomahawk is effectively a rib-eye steak o the bone. The Rib bone is french dressed (all tissue removed) and the muscle is trimmed to leave only the eye of the rib attached to the bone. The cut resembles a tomahawk and is a bit of a challenge to eat at 750grams per portion.
