Demand for Rabbit is improving and these rabbits are a good size. We can butcher them into several joints, leg, shoulder and racks. The meat is soft an a little sweeter than lamb.

Cooking Advice

Roast as a whole joint or have the rabbit butchered into joints. The joints can be brushed with egg white and tossed in bread crumb ready to roast or BBQ
